We pride ourselves on being professional, practical and realistic, most importantly we love what we do and make sure we have fun doing it!

Company director Lisa MacGregor (nee Scarlata) has been working in the events industry for over 15 years. Starting out in Audio Visual event production, Lisa progressed into event sales and event coordination in a variety of unique venues, working with both corporate clients and private events/weddings. Lisa has also worked for one of Australia’s most loved brands in the Experiential Marketing and Events team and has also worked with in local government heading up the Festivals and Events Team. Lisa is enthusiastic, driven and exceptionally organised, she is passionate about the events industry and has a depth of knowledge and experience that can be applied to most events. Lisa also holds a current first aid, RSA, Traffic Controller and Public Safety Officer Certifications.

Lisa ensures that all employees, subcontractors or suppliers of ScarlettMAC Events are like minded, they are organised, down to earth, and enjoy working at a million miles an hour all of the time!

The next upcoming event we are producing is the Peninsula VineHop Festival, a beer, wine and cider festival held at a number of venues on the Mornington Peninsula on the 17th and 18th November 2018. EVENT MANAGEMENT

At ScarlettMAC Events well versed in managing a variety of events, from outdoor community events and festivals, weddings and private occasions, though to corporate celebrations and brand activations. There are varying degrees of event management that we can offer, from complete end-to-end event or festival management, to simply writing a project plan and assisting you with a budget and timelines so that you can feel empowered to take the lead yourself.

We will work with you to understand what you hope to achieve from your event and to determine who your audience is, from there we will assist with as little or as much as you wish. The initial consultation is always free as it’s not possible to offer a quote until we truly appreciate the scope of the event and the degree to which we are involved. EVENT SAFETY

Do you have an upcoming event and need a Public Safety Officer to attend? We have a team of dedicated Safety Officers and Event Wardens that can be of assistance. Safety Officers are charged out at $70 per hour, rates are negotiable for not-for-profits and community events.

Risk assessments, emergency management plans, as well as on site event consultation to discuss risk and safety at your event can also be offered, let us know what you are looking for and we can determine how we can support you and your event.

VENUE CONSULTATION

Do you have a function space that doesn’t generate as much revenue as you would like it to? Are you unsure how to advertise your venue, how to set up your packages or how to conduct a site visit? Perhaps you would like to employ an ‘events person’ but can’t quite justify it. We are here to take the pressure off, we can offer advice on how to cost your packages, the do’s and don’ts of advertising your space, and the right approach to dealing with your clients.

We will either give you the tools to set you up so that you can self-manage your event space, or for those who don’t have the time or energy we can do it for you. We can even setup an ongoing relationship where we manage all of your event enquires for you and charge a commission for every event sold, it’s like having an in-house events sales rep, without the ongoing salary.
